The Ninth Annual NCRA Conference, "Meeting the
Challenges of a Changing Industry," is sure to
be the highlight of the year, with a great lineup of speakers,
exhibits and entertainment only found in the Old Southwest!
The conference starts on Sunday morning with a professional
caliber golf challenge for those of you who like the
links. The Omni Tucson National has been the home of the
PGA's Tucson Open since 1974. For non golfers, enjoy the
day at the spa, one of the pools, or any of the resort's
luxury accommodations in preparation for the educational,
networking and new business opportunities which began with
the traditional Welcome Reception on Sunday evening.
Monday, November 5th Preview
Bill Roberts - Roberts Consulting Inc.
Helping people cope with transition has been Bill's
life work. From a personal transition from 20 years in the
clergy to Fortune 100 corporate transitions during his consulting
career, Bill can help us understand how to "meet the
challenges" of a changing industry."
Dr. Lynn McClure - McClure Associates Inc.
Dr. McClure is an author and featured speaker on NBC,
ABC, and FOX television, about ways employers can avoid
workplace violence and negligent hiring. Dr. McClure will
teach you how to hit the employers' "hot buttons"
when selling employment-screening services. Also, get the

Monday's final conference event sponsored by TransUnion
will have us dining under the stars of the desert,
at the Starry, Starry Night dinner. We will experience a

Tuesday, November 6th Preview
Ken Harney
Back by popular demand, the award-winning writer of
"Our Nation's Housing," syndicated nationwide
by the Washington Post, will provide his reflections in
the events in housing and politics from "inside the
beltway."
Fair Isaac
Will provide an update on the latest releases of their
products and an in-depth look at the FICO system for you
to have a better understanding of the FICO system to use
in your re-scoring activities.
A mortgage lenders panel, from Arizona's top lenders
from conforming FHA/VA and subprime tell you their perspective
on the latest events and technological trends which might
affect your business. Also hear what they feel we should
be providing them to distinguish ourselves form the competition.
FannieMae, Freddie Mac, and Ellie Mae have been invited
to discuss the latest trends and technology as it affects
