Welcome to the Mortgage Credit Reporting Industry Secondary Use / Reissue Contract Center!

This website is a proposed solution to the contractual issues created by the new Secondary Use/Reissue requirements of the three national credit repositories. These new rules require that each credit reporting agency (about 125 independent companies) individually obtain a contract with each wholesale mortgage lender prior to that lender being able to receive a credit report previously obtained by a mortgage originator from any credit reporting agency as part of the mortgage underwriting process. These files have previously been shared without concern for such contracts as they were deemed joint users under FCRA.

This site is currently just a demo to be used to obtain approval from Experian, Equifax and Trans Union for the National Credit Reporting Association, Inc to aide in the management of this contracting process for the benefit of all those involved. This site is not for public review at this time.

The site, if approved will be operated by the National Credit Reporting Association, Inc., as a one stop source for mortgage lenders to obtain the documentation required to receive Secondary Use/Reissue credit reports from more than 30,000 mortgage brokers and lenders, credit unions, community banks, savings and loans and the credit reporting agencies which serve them.

To use this site your company must execute the agreement(s) appropriate your role in the secondary use / reissue process.

After executing the agreement your company name will be added to our list of approved lenders (Approved Lender List) and your company will be able to receive Joint Use/Secondary Use/Reissue credit reports from any of the credit reporting agencies within the NCRA membership community.
